we understand Therapy is a big leap for some. we offer a one off class pass that allows you to come and try a class without committing to a membership. Its like a hall pass!

try Therapy for 14 days at a price of $55. you have access to all the classes unlimited for the whole 14 days. this offer is only valid to new members and this trial can only be purchased once per person.

every membership donates every 14 days. this is not an additional charge, this is a percentage of your membership.

our waitlists move fast. when you add yourself to a waitlist, you will be automatically added into the class when a spot becomes available.

We are down and under St John Medical Centre, and next door to Audika.

we understand life happens and that people cant always make class.
we do have a cancellation policy in place that is on our website on the memberships page.
late cancelling is okay, please understand due to the late notice, reservation of a mat and for the people on waitlists, we do have a $10 late/ no show fee if you cancel a class within 4 hours of the class start time.
booked into a 6pm class? you would need to cancel before 2pm to avoid a late cancel fee.
