HOT ROOM: our infrared studio is open every day, where you can exit the outside world, move with intention and call it a therapy session under the infrared heat.
REFORMER ROOM: our reformer room opens roughly around the 22nd of June 2026 to our members.
ATHLETICA ROOM: our functional strength room opens roughly around the end of June 2026 to our members.

therapy athletica is an independently ran boutique studio. we donate portions of every membership to our chosen organisation.
you are entering the studio as a member and not a number, we hope you are welcomed and enjoy your time moving in our safe spaces.
our studio also holds our reformer room, our infrared heated room and our strength room - providing members with a one complete studio to choose their way of training.
we pride ourselves in making the studio as homey as possible, with a touch of textures and premium equipment.

currently our 14 day trials are in the making, we are allowing our space to be filled with members on memberships first before we release trials to the public.
trials will be available in the near future. please sign up to the trial waitlist that will commence around mid July 2026. you can find the waitlist in the clubhouse updates page from the main menu.

not quite ready for a membership? thats okay. we offer single class passes and 10 classes bundled together in a pack for you to move with us.
our packs are designed to be used across all rooms, giving you freedom, choice and flexibility.
you can purchase a 10 class pack from the main menu “class packs”.

please bring your water bottle to every class.
grip socks are required in every pilates class.
sweat towels are required in the hot room.
enclosed shoes are required in the athletica room.

our waitlists move fast. when you add yourself to a waitlist, you will be automatically added into the class when a spot becomes available.
stay prepared, stay ready, your spot is loading. we encourage members to cancel if they cannot make a class to make sure a spot pops up for those on a class waitlist.

the hot room is located at studio 15/ 21 Joondalup Drive, Edgewater.
We are down and under St John Medical Centre, and next door to Audika.
the athletica and reformer room is located at studio 10/ 15 perilya road craigie.
if you are on the unlimited club membership, or the synapse club membership you can flow between both studios and all rooms.

we understand life happens and that people cant always make class.
we do have a cancellation policy in place that is on our website on the memberships page.
late cancelling is okay, please understand due to the late notice, reservation of a mat and for the people on waitlists, we do have a $10 late cancel fee if you cancel a class within 6 hours of the class start time and a $15 no show fee. (please late cancel if you cannot make it).
booked into a 6pm class? you would need to cancel before 12pm to avoid a late cancel fee.
if you are on the unlimited club membership you do not receive late cancel fees, although our no show policy still applies.
