a message from the founder:
HOT ROOM: our infrared studio is open every day, where you can exit the outside world, move with intention and call it a therapy session under the infrared heat.
REFORMER AND ATHLETICA ROOM: our second studio is currently under construction as we build and expand. located only 5 minutes away from our hot studio, you’ll be able to choose a room to train in each day.

memberships and packs

we currently offer a range of memberships as we understand everyones routine is unique. our memberships are billed weekly.
the hemisphere - 2 classes p/w
the lobe - 4 classes p/w
the sigmund freud - unlimited.

try therapy for 14 days at a price of $55 where you can attend any class/ as many classes as you would like.
our trial starts from the day that you purchase. this offer is only valid to new members + can only be purchased once per person.

we understand therapy is a big leap for some, therefore we offer one off class passes which can be purchased per class. (to book a one off class please click “book a class” from the drop down menu on the home screen).
10 classes in a package: we have wrapped up a package for you where you save $30 (a free class) when you purchase our class pack of 10 casual classes. the link is below for those who prefer casual classes.

yes out of two organisations.
every membership donates every 14 days. this is not an additional charge, this is a percentage of your membership.
we currently donate to Alzheimers Research Australia and Alzheimers WA.

our waitlists move fast. when you add yourself to a waitlist, you will be automatically added into the class when a spot becomes available.

we are located at 21 Joondalup Drive, Edgewater.
We are down and under St John Medical Centre, and next door to Audika.

we understand life happens and that people cant always make class.
we do have a cancellation policy in place that is on our website on the memberships page.
late cancelling is okay, please understand due to the late notice, reservation of a mat and for the people on waitlists, we do have a $10 late cancel fee if you cancel a class within 6 hours of the class start time and a $15 no show fee. (please late cancel if you cannot make it).
booked into a 6pm class? you would need to cancel before 12pm to avoid a late cancel fee.
